META: Journal of Science and Technological Education, published by Yayasan Aspirasi Masyarakat Intelektual Islam Nusantara, is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation, integrity, and accessibility of its published scholarly content.

PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN)

META: Journal of Science and Technological Education uses the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) for long-term digital preservation. PKP PN is a free preservation service developed by the Public Knowledge Project (PKP) for journals using Open Journal Systems (OJS). The network provides distributed archiving using LOCKSS technology to ensure that journal content remains secure, accessible, and preserved over time.

Local Digital Archiving

In addition to PKP PN, META: Journal of Science and Technological Education maintains a local digital archive of all published articles on the journal’s server. Published content is stored in standard digital formats (PDF) and is routinely backed up to prevent data loss and to support content recovery in the event of technical failure.

Self-Archiving

META: Journal of Science and Technological Education supports self-archiving practices. Authors are permitted and encouraged to deposit the final published version of their articles in personal websites, institutional repositories, or other non-commercial repositories immediately after publication, provided that proper citation to the published article in the journal is included.

Continuity of Access

META: Journal of Science and Technological Education is committed to the continued availability of its published content. In the event that the journal ceases publication, all previously published articles will remain accessible through existing digital archives and preservation services, including the PKP Preservation Network, to ensure ongoing access for the scholarly community.
